Missions
Training and Development
- Conduct annual training and development needs assessment;
- Propose training and development programs and objectives;
- Implement the training plan following the management’s guidelines and the Company’s policies.
- Train and coach managers, and others involved in employee development efforts.
- Plan, organize, facilitate and order supplies for employee development and training events.
- Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
- Execute on time agreed training plan
- Manage and follows up of the training budget
Administration & Payroll
- Execute personal management, administration & organization processes following the local labour laws and the standards of the company, in order to ensure the suitable management of the employees.
- SAP Management (Creation, modification, withdrawals of employees)
- Implement the Labor Relation’s actions approved by the Management, negotiating with the employee’s representatives to guarantee their star-up.
- Carry out health & safety activities, in accordance with the company’s standards to compliance with current legislation.
- Monitor and coordinate payroll for all employees
- Participate on periodic and annual salary budget and others benefits review
- Prepare and produce all the Human Resources Management report.
Recruitment & Talent management
- Be responsible for the recruitment processes, following the management’s guidelines and the company’s standards to guarantee the recruitment of the best candidates for each vacancy;
- Do the monthly report on recruitment;
- Do a close follow up of performance management processes, cycle calendar and material;
- Support the activation of the performance management cycle and communication material;
- Ensure up-to-date documentation in line with talent processes.
Profile
- Master degree in human resources or labor law;
- 7 Years of relevant experience in a similar role in industry;
- Ability to lead, motivate, develop and train the teams;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical, management and decision-making skills;
- Demonstrate commitment to personal development;
- Good knowledge in labor law;
- Proactivity;
- Good and proactive communication skills;
- Loyalty, integrity and discipline;
- Versatility and great team spirit;
- Good Microsoft Office applications knowledge;
- Fluent in French and English.
